2007–2012
MGS began its journey in the United Kingdom, focusing on the high-demand sector of elite IT staffing and network infrastructure. During these formative years, we recognized that the market was flooded with generalists, but lacked specialists who understood the intersection of security and scalability. We built our reputation by solving the “hard problems” that others avoided—recovering failed migrations and securing vulnerable perimeters for financial institutions.
2013–2018
As the digital landscape shifted toward the cloud, MGS underwent a significant transformation. We executed a series of strategic mergers that integrated industrial engineering expertise and digital commerce specialists into our core team. This period marked our expansion into the European market, establishing our EU Delivery Centre in Latvia. This allowed us to provide nearshore engineering excellence with the same high standards our UK clients expected, but with the added benefit of regional scale.
2019–2023
The last five years have seen MGS evolve into a truly global entity. Recognizing the need for 24/7 technical support and deep research capabilities, we established our Technology Labs in India and our North Africa Support Centre in Morocco. This “follow-the-sun” model ensures that our clients’ mission-critical systems are monitored and optimized every minute of every day.
2024 and Beyond
